About Me

My journey with Bowen Therapy
During my 21-year career as an International Flight Attendant, I experienced challenging conditions that affected my health on many levels. It led me to try many alternative therapies to look after my health and the health of my family.
My first experience with Bowen Therapy was powerful, releasing emotions, such as fears, and grief. The way the releases and the energy travelled in my body was exceptional.
With more Bowen Therapy sessions, I experienced recovery from an old work injury. Prior to Bowen Therapy, I was constantly protecting my wrist, living in fear of re-injury, which could have led to a loss of employment and reduced quality of life.
This was impacting the way I was interacting with my children because of my physical limitations with my wrist. I was constantly compensating thereby putting strain and creating other pains and tensions elsewhere in my body. A vicious circle arose of more discomfort and fear.

As a mother, I witnessed how Bowen Therapy strengthens the immune system. When my daughter received regular Bowen Therapy, she did not suffer from chronic tonsillitis. I noticed that if Bowen Therapy was given at the beginning of symptoms of different conditions (colds, pains, strains, shock, etc.), the severity and duration of symptoms was greatly reduced.
With Bowen Therapy, I found a way to live life fully and transform many physical and emotional challenges. Bowen Therapy has brought flow and balance to my life, keeping me closer to my goal of optimal health.
Why I love Craniosacral
I feel excited that I have another tool to better help my clients. Reading and feeling the Craniosacral rhythm provides me with an in-depth information about my client, thereby helping me to connect with their inner healer/wisdom.
Another skill – Scar Tissue Release
I love Scar Tissue Release because it brings visible joy to my clients when they regain connection with parts of their body. Physically it brings pain relief, more flexibility, and increased range of movements. Release of physical scars also tends to bring an emotional release.
